    Three Wheeler designed and developed by the company approved by Automotive Research Institute of India.
  • 2006
    Acquisition of Intermotor B.V, a leading manufacturer of remanufactured engines, headquartered in Holland. License agreement with VM Motori SpA Italy for the manufacture of Engines and Three Wheelers.
  • 2005
    Automotive business consolidated under Continental Engines Limited.
  • 2003
    Started machining of ALU cylinder head. Export started to US & Europe.
